Damage, deterioration, manufacturing errors are considered as guarantees if they do not correspond to damages caused by third parties or by the customer regarding care, storage, wearing, or washing.

To request the product change as guarantee, the customer must send an email to: sales@sublime8.com attaching photographic record to make evident the damage to the product. The customer will receive a response within a maximum period of 10 days, then the customer must send the product to Brossard, Quebec assuming the cost of freight.
